Auto Clicker help
Enable the accessibility service, allow restricted settings and fix background interruptions on your Android phone.
In Auto Clicker, read how the access works and press "Agree and open Settings". Then, in Accessibility settings, select "! Auto Clicker 👆" (or "! Автокликер 👆" if the app uses Russian). The ! and 👆 keep it near the top of the list.
Auto Clicker uses this service only to perform the taps, holds and swipes you set up, after you press Play. To stop on system screens, it checks the package name and window class of the active app. It does not read screen content, collect or share personal data, or use the internet. You can turn the service off in Accessibility settings at any time.
Menu names vary with the phone, system version and language. If a path below differs, search Settings for "Accessibility" or the quoted setting name. Turn on the service itself; an accessibility shortcut alone may not enable it. If Android blocks the switch, follow restricted settings first.
Pixel / stock Android
- Open "Settings" → "Accessibility" → "Downloaded apps". On some versions, the list is called "Installed apps".
- Select "! Auto Clicker 👆", turn on "Use ! Auto Clicker 👆" (the service switch) and read and confirm the prompt.
- Return to Auto Clicker and try a short preset in the playground.
If it stops: open "Settings" → "Apps" → "Auto Clicker" → "App battery usage" (or "Battery"). Allow background usage; if available, select "Unrestricted". Older versions use "Battery optimization" → "All apps" → "Auto Clicker" → "Don't optimize". See the recovery steps.
Samsung
- Open "Settings" → "Accessibility" → "Installed apps" (older versions: "Downloaded apps").
- Select "! Auto Clicker 👆", turn the service on and confirm the prompt.
- Open "Settings" → "Battery" → "Background usage limits". Some versions put "Battery" under "Battery and device care".
- Remove Auto Clicker from "Sleeping apps" and "Deep sleeping apps". Add it to "Never sleeping apps" with "+", if it is available in that list.
If it still stops: check "Apps" → "Auto Clicker" → "Battery" for "Unrestricted". If the phone keeps putting apps to sleep, consider turning off "Put unused apps to sleep"; that affects other apps too. On versions with a "Keep open" option in Recents, you can use it for Auto Clicker.

Xiaomi / Redmi / POCO
- Search "Settings" for "Accessibility", then look for "Downloaded apps" or "Downloaded services".
- Select "! Auto Clicker 👆", turn it on and read and confirm the warning. If blocked, use restricted settings.
- Search Settings for "Background autostart" and enable Auto Clicker. On supported versions: "Apps" → "Permissions" → "Background autostart". Older versions use "Security" → "Permissions" → "Autostart".
- Open the app's battery settings, or "Security" → "Battery" → "App battery saver" → "Auto Clicker", and choose "No restrictions".
- In Recents, open the Auto Clicker card's menu (often a long press or downward swipe) and select the padlock if offered.
MIUI and HyperOS versions differ. If the service shows as on but gestures do not run, press Stop on the panel and switch the service off and on again.

Huawei / Honor
- Open "Settings" → "Accessibility features" → "Accessibility". Older versions may use "Smart assistance"; Settings search can find the menu.
- Look for "Downloaded services", select "! Auto Clicker 👆" and enable the service.
- Search Settings for "App launch" (often under "Battery"). For Auto Clicker, disable "Manage automatically" and choose "Manage manually".
- Where offered, enable "Auto-launch", "Secondary launch" and "Run in background". On older phones, allow Auto Clicker in "Startup manager" or "Protected apps" instead.
- If Recents offers a padlock for the app, lock its card to keep it out of bulk cleanup.
EMUI and MagicOS do not always share menu names. Read battery-optimization prompts carefully: allowing background activity and allowing optimization are different choices.

OPPO / realme / OnePlus
- Search Settings for "Accessibility". OPPO versions may put it under "Additional settings"; realme documents "System" or "Additional settings" → "Accessibility".
- Open "Downloaded apps" or the installed-service list, select "! Auto Clicker 👆" and enable it.
- Open "Apps" → "Auto Clicker" → "Battery usage", or "Battery" → "App battery management" → "Auto Clicker". Allow "Background activity" / "Run in background" and "Auto-launch" where offered.
- Exclude Auto Clicker from "App quick freeze" if present. In Recents, use the card menu's "Lock" option if available.
Older OnePlus versions: "Battery" → "Battery optimization" → "All apps" → "Auto Clicker" → "Don't optimize". If it still stops and your version has "Advanced optimization" → "Deep optimization", try switching that off. This is a phone-wide change and can increase battery use.

vivo / iQOO
- Search Settings for "Accessibility", open "Downloaded apps" or the installed-service list, then select "! Auto Clicker 👆" and turn it on.
- Search for "Autostart" and allow Auto Clicker. Older versions use "More settings" → "Applications" → "Autostart", or "i Manager" → "App manager" → "Autostart manager".
- Under "Battery", look for "Background power consumption management" or "High background power consumption" and allow Auto Clicker to run in the background.
- If the app's battery settings offer "Unrestricted" or "Not optimized", select it. Lock the app's card in Recents if "Lock" or "Lockdown" is available.
These menu names come from Funtouch OS versions. OriginOS can use different paths; use Settings search or your phone's help if a setting is missing.
Motorola
- Search Settings for "Accessibility" and open the downloaded or installed apps list.
- Select "! Auto Clicker 👆", enable the service and confirm the prompt.
- Open "Settings" → "Apps" → "Auto Clicker" → "App battery usage" and select "Unrestricted" if offered. Remove a background restriction for this app.
If it still stops: search Settings for "Managing background apps" or check "Battery care" for limits while the phone is idle. As a later check, try turning off "Adaptive Battery" if your phone offers it; this affects other apps and may increase battery use.
Tecno / Infinix
- Search Settings for "Accessibility", open the downloaded or installed services list and enable "! Auto Clicker 👆".
- On Tecno versions with "Phone Master", open "Toolbox" → "Auto-start management" and allow Auto Clicker.
- If "Battery Lab" → "Battery Saving Settings" has "Power Saving Management For Apps", check whether it restricts Auto Clicker. Disabling the whole feature affects other apps too.
- Lock Auto Clicker's card in Recents if offered. If "Power Marathon" is active, check its "Power Boost" or sleep-mode limits before trying again.
Those battery paths apply to some Tecno versions. Infinix menu paths are not confirmed here: use Settings search for "Autostart" and the app's background battery controls, or send us your model and system version.
Android 13+: "Allow restricted settings"
Android may block accessibility access for an app installed outside a store. Only allow it if you trust the app and where you obtained it.
- Try enabling the Auto Clicker service in "Accessibility". If a "Restricted setting" dialog appears, dismiss it.
- Open "Settings" → "Apps" → "See all apps" → "Auto Clicker".
- Open the three-dot menu and select "Allow restricted settings", then follow the identity-confirmation prompt if shown.
- Return to "Accessibility" → "! Auto Clicker 👆" and turn the service on.
If that menu item is missing, first try the blocked service switch, then reopen App info. Some system versions or managed phones apply additional limits. If it remains blocked, contact us with the exact message.

Why the service turns itself off
Battery savers, sleeping-app lists and background cleanup can interrupt the service. Settings can also change after a system update or restart. An enabled switch does not always mean the service is currently responding.
- Press Stop on the panel. Open Accessibility settings and switch "! Auto Clicker 👆" off, then on again.
- Follow your phone's section above: allow background activity and autostart for Auto Clicker, and remove it from sleep or cleanup lists where available.
- Reopen Auto Clicker and try a short preset in the playground. Check the settings again if the issue returns after a restart or update.
Start with settings for Auto Clicker alone. Phone-wide battery changes can increase power use. No single setting guarantees that every phone will keep the service running.
